Picturesque panoramic view across Swanage Bay to the countryside beyond, Dorset, England,
The new pier is clear to see but all that is left of the old pier are some of the wooden piles. The Pier was built in the late Victorian era and of recent times has undergone an extensive programme of conservation. It is a great place to visit and stroll along....above the water and below the great Dorset sky.
