Having shown you the wider view in 'Lighting The Way 1' I thought it was about time I zoomed in a little on The Portland Lighthouse on Portland, Dorset, England UK. The famous Portland Bill lighthouse stands tall at 35m. It was built of Portland stone in 1906 and has been keeping shipping safe along this stretch of the Dorset coast ever since (although originally manned it is now fully automated).

It's great that you've found your way to my corner of the art world.....welcome!!! You'll see from my Galleries that I like a wide range of styles, I see myself as arty rather than a overly technical photographer. I often see the beauty in small parts of a larger scene resulting in truly abstract images. I also enjoy manipulating photographs to achieve unique pieces of artwork. Apart from a large variety of photographs, I have many digitally manipulated pieces and some artwork which has been purely computer generated. Hopefully everything is where you expect it to be, you will find some art in more than one collection but just ask if you can't see what you're looking for.
